This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working outdoors, wants to learn the nursery trade from the ground up, and takes pride in producing quality plants. Requirements

Must‑Haves:

• Genuine interest in plants and eagerness to learn horticulture
• Strong work ethic with the ability to stay productive and self‑directed
• Be able to commit to a regular part‑time schedule
• Physical fitness to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk for 4‑hour periods, and work on ladders up to 10 feet
• Ability to operate manual transmission tractors (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or after‑hours when needed
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass drug screening and post‑offer physical assessment

This is an active, outdoor role requiring:

• Lifting, carrying, kneeling, stooping, squatting, bending, reaching, and grasping throughout the day
• Exposure to heat, cold, rain, snow, and ice
• Work around horticultural chemicals with proper PPE (respirators, protective suits, gloves, boots provided)
• Close vision, color vision, and depth perception for plant identification and quality control
