• Locations: Begin/Report To Work – 4780 Old Greenlee Rd., Marion, NC 28752 (daily transportation provided). Additional worksites tentatively include AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MO, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WV.

• Apply herbicides to foliage, shrubs, or trees using hand or automatic sprayers, spreaders, or manual backpack sprayers.
• Adjust concentration of pre-mixed herbicide by adding water to the sprayer tank as needed, following on-the-job training or provided charts.
• Perform possible fertilizer or insecticide application via backpack sprayer if required.
• Work under direct supervision in an entry‑level capacity.

• Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• 35–35+ hours per week (not including applicable lunch and/or breaks). Possible weekend/holiday work.
• Start/end times and overtime may vary based on project/schedule, weather, and commute time between worksites.

• Base wage: $15.05 / hour; possible increase to $24.09 / hour (based on performance).
• Overtime: $22.58 / hour, possible to $36.14 / hour at 1.5× regular rate for hours beyond 40 per week.
• Transportation:
  Daily reimbursement paid by check in the first work week for the most economical and reasonable common carrier. Daily subsistence paid at $16.28 / day, up to $68.00 / day with receipt.
• Optional shared housing available at no cost.
• Possible raises, bonuses, and cash advances (subject to deduction from paycheck) at employer’s discretion.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must provide proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to walk substantial distances, stoop, bend, and carry a pack up to 50 lb over non‑trail terrain.
• No minimum education requirement; on‑the‑job training available.

All work will be performed with employer‑provided tools, supplies, and equipment at no charge or deposit. The H‑2B worker will be reimbursed for visa, processing, border crossing, and other related fees (excluding passport) in the first work week.
