Requirements- Experience in property maintenance or preservation duties/tasks (or interested to get trained) including the following work:
Lawn Maintenance, Debris/Junk removal, Lock Changes, Initial Services (including sales clean), Boarding, General/Minor household repairs, etc. - Must have own transportation.
- Meeting client's deadlines.
- Must have the necessary equipment.
