Description & RequirementsCompany Overview
Bedrock Veterinary Specialists is a premier referral center in the thriving Lake Norman community of Cornelius, North Carolina, just minutes from Charlotte. Our name reflects our philosophy. Bedrock was founded on two guiding principles: high-quality surgery with a low complication rate, and people with the character and skill to deliver it. These principles are the bedrock from which we grow.
Our board-certified team brings nearly 70 years of combined experience and a proven track record of more than 10,000 TPLO procedures, offering you the opportunity to engage with a high-volume, high-complexity caseload that leverages cutting-edge techniques. Through active mentorship and daily collaboration, we cultivate a supportive environment where superior outcomes are achieved through genuine partnership.
At Bedrock, we look for teammates, not employees. Whether you're caring for patients in the treatment area or welcoming clients at the front desk, we seek people who bring humility, empathy, positivity, and professionalism to everything they do — team members who understand that accountability is rooted in commitment to one another and to our patients, and who help foster an environment where direct communication, mutual respect, and collaboration come naturally.
If you are motivated, adaptable, and excited to help shape the future of our specialty hospital, we encourage you to apply.
