** Your opportunity
** We’re currently looking for a Process Quality Manager for our Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging Türkiye. In this position, Process audit system builds up. Improving process capability with analyzing Cpk and Ppk values. After system creation, audit whole processes with resulting a score card, CoA of customers and quarantine product management and positive release, leading FMEA study.

You will report to Senior Quality Manager and be part of the Quality team.
** Where you’ll be
** You will be located at our Esenyurt site in İstanbul / Türkiye and you should be within reasonable commuting distance from here.
** What you’ll be doing
*** Process audit system builds up
* Improving process capability with analyzing Cpk and Ppk values
* After system creation, audit whole processes with resulting a score card, CoA of customers and quarantine product management and positive release, leading FMEA study.
** What you’ll bring to the role
*** Lead, train, and supervise a team of Quality Control Technicians and Inspectors.
* Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure full adherence to quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and documentation.
* Establish and monitor quality checkpoints throughout the manufacturing process.
* Conduct regular audits, inspections, and process reviews to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address non-conformities and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and overall cost-effectiveness.
* Work closely with suppliers to secure the quality of incoming raw materials and components.
* Build and maintain process audit systems to ensure consistent quality performance.
* Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) and perform packaging compliance checks.
* Monitor results before Positive Release to ensure product conformity.
* Perform dimensional, mechanical, and final controls, including Zwick machine tests.
* Conduct visual inspections using BST and Rubby methods.
* Manage internal complaints using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods.
* Track and isolate blocked or non-conforming materials.
* Conduct FMEA workshops to identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
* Perform internal process and product audits.
* Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics to the Senior Quality Manager.
