As a Real Estate Agent at TEKCE, you will act as a reliable link between buyers and sellers. We provide full training and support to ensure your success, including a comprehensive two-week online onboarding program. Your role will focus on guiding buyers through the marketing and purchasing process, helping them find the right property at the best price under favorable and secure conditions.

• Accompany buyers during property viewings
• Advise clients on the suitability and value of the properties they visit
• Present purchase offers to potential buyers
• Propose tailored solutions based on clients’ needs and financial situation
• Provide guidance on market conditions, negotiation processes, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
• Prepare required documentation (contracts, agreements, etc.)
• Maintain knowledge of the real estate market
• Compile property listings, including location, features, and images
• Review purchase contracts to ensure all terms are met
• Ensure fair and transparent dealings between buyers and sellers

• Proactive and a team player
• Goal-oriented, ambitious, and motivated
• Interested in building a long-term career with us
• Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and Internet usage
• Flexible with working hours
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Fluent in Dutch in addition to excellent English

Salary + Commission

08:30 - 18:00 Monday - Friday
10:00 - 15:00 Saturday

No prior experience is required; the most important qualities we value are honesty and an open-minded approach. All necessary skills will be taught through a two-week online training and support program provided by TEKCE Academy at the start of your employment.
