Carrols owns and operates more than 1,000 Burger King Restaurants. As a Team Member, you will be part of a fast-paced team that serves burgers and helps customers have it their way. You will help create a friendly environment and ensure quality service as part of the team.

• Serves burgers to customers and assists with orders.
• Welcomes customers, takes accurate orders, and processes payments at the cash register.
• Maintains cleanliness in restrooms, dining area, and kitchen while meeting safety and health standards.

Stores can get very busy. Team Members work together in a fast-paced environment to keep guests satisfied by packaging food and drinks and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety standards.

You may occasionally need to answer questions or help resolve issues to ensure customer happiness.

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with your team.

The Team Member position requires several physical demands, including:

• Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time.
• Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity for pressing and grabbing.
• Ability to communicate and read.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching.
