You will report directly to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, partnering closely to lead a dedicated staff of fellow key holders and sales associates. Together, this team fosters a collaborative, high-energy environment focused on exceeding daily sales targets. As a keyholder on this team, you will directly influence performance, champion a culture of shared success, and be eligible for a sales commission that rewards your ability to drive the store's financial growth.

As a Part-Time Key Holder, you will play a pivotal role in driving store success by owning sales goals and unlocking extra earning potential through our competitive commission structure. Partnering closely with management, you will deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience, execute visual merchandising directions, and directly manage, mentor, and recruit a high-performing sales team to shape a collaborative, result-driven selling culture.

• Coordinate staff by providing timely coaching and feedback to maximize individual and team performance.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships that support a positive work environment.
• Support the education of the store team fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain two-way communication with the store Manager to stay abreast of company and store information and brand initiative, as well as inform the manager of all store activities.
• Ensure associates follow dress code and meet appearance standards that professionally represent the brand.
• Support an environment that positions Brahmin Leather Works as an Employer of Choice.
• Support effective on boarding and support learning opportunities.
• Provide basic direction to associates and appropriately delegate tasks.
• Support Store Manager with recruiting functions:
  Network and Recruit.
• Support Store Manger with developing talent:
  Ensure effective on-boarding.
• Provide timely coaching and feedback to associates when appropriate:
  Support the Store Manager with performance issues.
