Chemist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Chemist to support analytical testing and quality operations at our Zebulon, NC site. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong background in analytical chemistry and GMP laboratory environments.

Role: Chemist

• Conduct routine testing of raw materials, packaging, finished products, and environmental samples using HPLC, GC, UV, Vitek, microscopy, and other instrumentation.
• Ensure test data integrity and compliance with cGMP standards.
• Document and review analytical results, SOPs, technical reports, and specifications.
• Communicate deviations or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Assist in analytical method development, validation, and transfer.
• Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Train and mentor laboratory personnel on methods and instrumentation.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (preferred) or related scientific field (Biology, Biochemistry).
• 2–5 years of analytical laboratory experience in a cGMP environment.
• Experience with HPLC and Empower software preferred.
• Familiarity with inhalation/respiratory product testing techniques is a strong plus.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
