• Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the assigned government location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for and report suspicious behavior, security‑related hazards, or unusual circumstances within the location.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and any security‑related concerns encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary, following established protocols.
• Adhere to all company and site‑specific policies regarding the handling and carrying of firearms while on duty.

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
