Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Thur 05:45 AM – 06:00 PM;
Fri 05:45 AM – 06:00 PM;
Sat 05:45 AM – 06:00 PM.

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the assigned government location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual or suspicious behavior and report findings according to established protocols.
• Assist with access control and verify identification for individuals entering restricted areas.
• Work collaboratively with on-site personnel and law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and observations during the shift.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential disturbances and promote a secure environment.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
