• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a food and beverage production location; verify credentials, manage visitor sign-in processes, and control access for authorized individuals and vehicles.
• Maintain accurate access logs, visitor records, and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, production-adjacent areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have access control and badge experience preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
