As the Maintenance Technician
, you are essential to the safety, quality, and productivity of the warehouse. The primary responsibility is ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our warehouse facilities. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks including working in heights up to 60 feet, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing equipment, machinery, and warehouse infrastructure. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Safe Equipment Operation: Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment and ensure their availability.
• Cleanliness Support: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

To perform this job successfully, the Maintenance Technician must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill and ability required.

• Mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of mechanical systems in an industrial setting.

• Ability to work safely at heights up to 60 feet following fall arrest protocols and safety guidelines.
• Experience with or willingness to learn the use of material handling equipment a plus.
• For jobs requiring heavy machinery:
  Employees must be at least 18 years old to operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and hoists.
