Haynes Insulation LLC is looking for two full-time Insulation Installers to join our Field Operations team. This hands‑on role requires a dependable and hardworking individual who is not afraid to get dirty while working in attics and crawlspaces. You'll install fiberglass batts and blown‑in insulation for residential properties, ensuring energy efficiency and long‑lasting comfort for homeowners. • Install fiberglass insulation in attics, walls, and crawlspaces to industry standards
• Work on both new construction and retrofit residential projects
• Lift and carry insulation materials (up to 60 lbs) across job sites
• Navigate confined spaces, including attics and crawlspaces
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborate with team members and site supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE properly

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 60 lbs regularly
• Minimum 2 years of insulation experience preferred
• Comfortable with extended periods of climbing, crawling, bending, and standing
• Not afraid of confined, dirty, or dusty environments
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to follow instructions
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
