Central Southern Construction is a leading heavy civil and commercial contractor dedicated to delivering top-quality projects across the region. We're looking for a dependable Fuel and Lube Technician to support our field operations by ensuring all heavy equipment is fueled, lubricated, and operating efficiently across multiple project sites.

The Fuel and Lube Technician is responsible for fueling, greasing, and performing basic maintenance checks on construction equipment daily. This position plays a key role in supporting field productivity by keeping machinery in optimal working condition and ready for operation.

• Fuel and lubricate all construction equipment daily at assigned project sites
• Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance issues to supervisors
• Maintain accurate fuel and service logs for each piece of equipment
• Assist with minor mechanical tasks as needed (filter changes, fluid checks, etc.)
• Safely operate fuel and service trucks and follow all DOT and company safety procedures
• Coordinate service needs with BJ and project superintendents to minimize downtime
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fueling and lube areas

• Previous experience as a fuel/lube tech, mechanic, or equipment operator preferred
• Valid driver's license; CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsement preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Knowledge of heavy equipment and safe fueling practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
