Service Mechanic Benefits:

• $35 - $55 per hour, depending on mechanic experience

Service Mechanic Requirements:

• Proven experience servicing asphalt equipment in a field or heavy equipment mechanic role
• Strong diagnostic skills for gas/diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
• Familiarity with pavers, rollers, and other asphalt-specific machinery.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience using CMMIS or similar systems for tracking maintenance
• Valid NC driver's license required CDL preferred but not mandatory
• Must be able to work days and nights. Hours vary based on the paving schedule
• Overtime may be required, including nights and weekends
