We’reseekinga motivated and customer-focused HVAC Apprentice to join our growing team. In this role,you’llwork alongside both installers and service technicians, gaining hands‑on experience in residential and light commercial HVAC. No prior experience or licensure is necessary—what matters most is a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the drive to grow your career in the HVAC industry.

• Assist installers and technicians with HVAC system installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Learn to troubleshoot issues and support in diagnosing problems.
• Provide support during service calls and customer interactions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and organized condition.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity when representing
  
  Ted’s.
• Activelyparticipatein training and mentorship opportunities to build technical knowledge.

• No prior HVAC experience or licensurerequired.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Desire to learn and grow within the HVAC trade.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction.
• Physical ability to perform job duties (lifting, climbing, working in confined spaces).
