Traffic Control Flagger

As a Traffic Safety Protector, you will work with a team at various job sites, ensuring safety and traffic control. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training and support are provided.

• Setting up cones, signs, barricades, and traffic control equipment
• Using stop/slow paddles to guide traffic and monitor site activity
• Adhering to all safety protocols learned during training
• Communicating effectively with crew and supervisors
• Maintaining vehicles and equipment cleanliness and safety
• Working outdoors year-round in diverse weather conditions

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outside for extended periods
• Capability to lift 40-50 pounds
• Willingness to work in traffic and various weather conditions
• Flexible schedule and punctuality
• Successful completion of pre-hire screening, including drug testing
• Commitment to safety and respectful interaction with coworkers and the public

• Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $18.25 per hour with opportunities for overtime and pay increases
