People Ready of Charlotte, NC is now hiring Fence Installation Foremen in Dallas, NC! We're looking for an experienced Fence Installation Foreman to oversee daily fence installation projects, lead crews of installers and helpers, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Qualified candidates must have hands-on fence installation experience, strong construction knowledge, and proven leadership skills.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $19 - $24 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Fence Installation Foreman:
- Lead and direct fence installers and construction helpers at assigned job sites
- Assign daily tasks and coordinate crew activities to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Oversee the installation of fencing, ensuring proper techniques and quality workmanship
- Provide hands-on guidance and training to crew members as needed
- Read and interpret measurements, installation instructions, and project specifications
- Monitor work progress, productivity, and compliance with safety procedures
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and safely
- Identify and resolve job-site issues and communicate concerns to management
- Check associates in and out and accurately record attendance and hours worked
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Job requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready
- Previous hands-on fence installation experience required
- Experience leading and supervising fence installation crews or construction helpers required
- Certified Fence Professional certification required
- Strong construction knowledge, including fence installation techniques, tools, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to read measurements, follow project specifications, and ensure quality workmanship
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and direct crews in a fast-paced construction environment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
- Ability to accurately maintain employee attendance and timekeeping records
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to assigned job sites required
- Ability to work overtime or weekends as needed
- Background check required
