Byrum Heating & AC, a NearU Company, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Lead Installer to lead installation projects from kickoff to startup. You will mentor Install Helpers and Apprentice Installers, coordinate with customers and project managers, and ensure quality, safety, and on-time execution.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years of HVAC installation experience, strong leadership and troubleshooting skills, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license.
