Pest Control Technician

We are looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships.

• Inspect residential properties, including interiors, exteriors, crawl spaces, and attics
• Identify pest issues and recommend effective treatment solutions
• Perform pest control treatments in accordance with product labels and company standards
• Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations
• Present service recommendations based on inspection findings
• Accurately document services and customer interactions
• Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment
• Operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and materials
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as permitted by applicable law
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state pest control licenses and certifications
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, including crawl spaces and attics
