As a Multi-Craft Specialist at Semper Fi, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional remodels by:

• Performing skilled tasks across all phases of residential remodeling, including framing, trim, and finishing work
• Executing assigned tasks accurately
  from foundations through finish work and all phases of construction, efficiently, and with pride in craftsmanship
• Collaborating with Project Managers and team members to meet schedules and quality expectations
• Communicating job progress and updates using Job Tread, our project management system
• Anticipating job site needs and adapting as projects evolve
• Maintaining clean, safe, and respectful job sites

You're a seasoned professional who takes ownership of your work and aligns with our values:

• Highly Skilled: 5-10+ years of professional residential remodeling or construction experience
• Well-rounded:
  Skilled across multiple phases of remodeling work, with strong finish skills
• Self-Start with Strong Time Management:
  Stays productive and organized on-site, even when working independently with limited day-to-day supervision

  You show up, follow through, and take responsibility

  Able to work on your own while supporting project goals
• Mentor Minded:
  Willing to share knowledge and support less-experienced team members
• Prepared:
  Maintain a comprehensive set of tools supplemented by an annual company tool stipend
• Comfortable on Camera:
  Willing to appear in occasional marketing content (photos/videos) to showcase our craftsmanship

Requirements include a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
