We're growing fast and hiring Plumbing Installation Technicians
. If you're an experienced install plumber who takes pride in quality work, communicates well, and wants to get paid for how good you are, we'd love to talk to you.

• $65,000 - $125,000 per year

• Hybrid pay: hourly base plus uncapped commission on total revenue

• Commission is paid on total revenue with no costs deducted, so the plan is simple to understand

• Our top techs earn well into six figures, and we'll show you real (redacted) pay stubs from our team in your interview

• Callback policy written by our own technicians

• Complete residential and commercial plumbing installations on time, on budget, and to our quality standards

• Stay in close contact with the install coordinator, your manager, and the estimator who sold the job, flagging changes or change orders early

• Build rapport with customers before and during every project, and treat their home or business with respect

• Lead and train apprentices assigned to your jobs

• Track inventory used and document your work with photos and video

• Keep your truck, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in working order

• Plumbing installation experience across residential and commercial systems

• Your own hand tools for plumbing installs

• Strong organization, communication, and documentation habits

• A proactive problem solver who can manage a project from start to finish

• Willingness to learn and follow our processes and join ongoing training

• A valid NC driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record

• Service Titan experience is a plus
