What started in their basement has grown into one of the Triad's fastest-growing home service companies, serving homeowners across Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Burlington, and the surrounding areas. We're growing fast and hiring multiple Plumbing Service Technicians
. If you're an experienced residential service plumber who's great with homeowners and wants to get paid for how good you are, we'd love to talk to you.

• $65,000 - $125,000 per year
• Hybrid pay: hourly base plus uncapped commission on total revenue
• Commission is paid on total revenue with no costs deducted, so the plan is simple to understand
• Our top techs earn well into six figures; we have technicians at a $25/hr base making around $140K a year
• We'll show you real (redacted) pay stubs from our team in your interview
• Callback policy written by our own technicians

• Run residential plumbing service calls across Greensboro and the Triad
• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, soldering, pipe threading, and gas leak testing and repair
• Follow our Nexstar service process: evaluate the system, present options, and get the homeowner's approval before starting work
• Walk homeowners through repair, upgrade, financing, and maintenance plan options
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch, and keep a clean, well-stocked truck
• Join morning meetings and ongoing training, and help mentor apprentices from our in-house academy

• Proven residential plumbing service experience with strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Comfortable presenting options to homeowners, not just fixing the problem
• Willingness to learn and follow the Nexstar service system (no prior Nexstar experience required)
• A clean, insurable driving record
• A competitive drive to be a better tech tomorrow than you are today
• Service Titan experience is a plus
