Direct Support Staff - Be the Mentor They Need

— a structured group home for youth on probation.
What You’ll Do:
Lead by example. Help teens build life skills like cooking, budgeting, and job readiness.
Be a steady presence. Provide support, structure, and guidance during a crucial time in their lives.
Work with a team that’s mission-driven and all about second chances.
What You Bring:
Age 21+ with a valid driver's license
High school diploma or GED
Experience working with youth ages 11-17
Flexible availability including some weekends and holidays
