Grace Community Church of McDowell County is seeking a male adult or a married couple to serve as House Parent for The Dwelling Place – Independent Living Program. You will live on-site, mentor young men aging out of foster care, and help build a structured, caring home environment.
The role complements outside employment, with evenings, weekends, and on-call duties as needed, and includes a $12,000 annual stipend plus housing and a $600 wellness benefit.
