Senior Game Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core gameplay systems using Unity and C#.
• Take ownership of major gameplay features throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a small team of developers; conduct structured code reviews.
• Collaborate closely with design, animation, and art teams to deliver a cohesive gameplay experience.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Estimate task durations and contribute to planning and prioritization efforts.
• Ensure gameplay systems meet functional, performance, and stability requirements.
• Proactively identify technical challenges and implement effective solutions.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in game development.
• Deep proficiency with C# and the Unity engine.
• Experience developing and maintaining gameplay systems for PC or console titles.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and best practices in Unity.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring developers in a studio environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce).
• Strong understanding of gameplay mechanics, player feedback, and interaction design.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
