Junior High Girls Soccer Assistant Coach

Thales Academy is a private school dedicated to developing classical thinkers by preparing our students to become well‑rounded citizens eager to transform a global society. The academy’s athletics program is lively and ever‑evolving, competing at the state level in the NCISAA and as members of the Raleigh Area Athletic Conference.
We are currently searching for qualified coaching candidates to assist our Junior High Girls Soccer Team. Soccer is a spring sport which will run from February through mid‑May.
Responsibilities- Conduct tryouts for the team.
- Create plans for all practices and games.
- Manage game decisions, playing time, and feedback from players and parents.
- Consistently communicate with the Athletic Director, players, and parents.
- Provide instruction and development skills to the student in relation to the assigned sport.
- Contribute to the education program as a whole and to the growth of student‑athletes, helping them to become successfully competitive.
All coaches will receive a stipend at the end of the season.
- New Junior High Assistant Coach: $400
- Returning Junior High Assistant Coach: $500
This is a part‑time, non‑contract position and does not include any benefits package.
