Pay Rate: $18.00 USD hourly on W2

The Shipping Associate plays a key role in ensuring all customer orders are accurately packed, labeled, and shipped on time. This position supports high-volume device shipments, custom-configured systems, and kitted orders across multiple customers, including enterprise, education, and government clients.

• Prepare, package, and ship customer orders following standards and customer‑specific requirements.
• Verify serial numbers, part numbers, and quantities prior to shipment.
• Accurately scan shipments into SSC, SAP, or other shipping systems.
• Coordinate with provisioning, etching, and returns teams to ensure on‑time delivery of completed orders.
• Generate and attach shipping labels (Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, or freight) and maintain tracking documentation.
• Support inbound/outbound freight audits and assist with resolving shipping discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock verification, and inventory accuracy as needed.
• Communicate any delays, damages, or exceptions to leadership immediately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shipping accuracy and efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics (technology or manufacturing environment preferred).
• Experience using shipping platforms (Fed Ex Ship Manager, UPS World Ship, etc.).
• Familiarity with SAP, SSC, or other ERP systems a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
