Covenant Transport, Inc. offers a trainee driving program in North Carolina for new drivers with a Class A CDL. Training and equipment are provided, and drivers earn competitive pay while gaining road experience.
During training, trainees earn $600 per week, plus $75 for each clean DOT inspection. After training, pay scales to CPM-based rates with scheduled increases, and home-time is guaranteed. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) after 180 days, and optional life and disability
