, with the potential for full-time hire after 90 days and a $500 bonus upon successfully meeting performance expectations. During peak seasonal weeks, associates should expect mandatory overtime, which may include extended hours and weekend work.

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented candidates to join our team as Inventory Associates. Inventory Associates play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting product organization, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech‑comfortable, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
RequirementsThe Inventory Associate is responsible for counting and verifying stock, receiving shipments, organizing warehouse locations, and supporting other departments as needed. This is a physically active role requiring standing for most of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with a strong sense of urgency.
Candidates must be reliable, self‑motivated, and able to complete tasks and deadlines without direct supervision.
- Count items in warehouse bins and record quantities using inventory software and tablets
- Receive and check in shipments using a tablet and barcode scanner
- Examine and inspect stock items for defects or damage; report issues immediately
- Place items into correct storage locations and update inventory software
- Store products in an orderly, accessible manner across warehouse areas
- Verify inventory data by comparing physical counts with system records; investigate discrepancies
- Move pallets throughout the warehouse using manual or electric pallet jack
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in compliance with safety standards
- Assist other warehouse departments as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in a warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail with accurate counting and data entry skills
- Basic computer navigation skills, including use of tablets, desktop computers, and inventory software
- Basic math skills for counting, verifying quantities, and resolving discrepancies
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to work with urgency, stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Pallet trucks, manual pallet jacks, barcode scanners, tablets and desktop computers, hand truck, razor knives, heat sealers and warehouse carts.
