• The Warehouse Associate is responsible for providing value to our customer. This includes receiving, storing, and picking products to meet safety, security, and productivity standards.
• Perform shipping/receiving activities, accurate warehousing and re-warehousing of product, and proper order picking. Load/unload trailers following company standards of quality, safety, security, and productivity.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation in the warehouse management system. Participate in Lean initiatives and maintain high quality standards.
• Identify pallet  and document information. Accurately pick products and handle physical inventories as required.
• Operate material handling equipment safely as designated. Report any damage and maintain orderly work areas.
• Maintain daily records of warehouse activity and monitor progress toward operating goals.
• Follow Lean manufacturing processes (including 5S) and maintain clean, safe work areas. Participate in cross-training as directed and serve as backup as needed.
