We have a full‑time opening for a Warehouse Picking Clerk on an afternoon shift with differential pay at our Mocksville, NC facility. The Warehouse Picking Clerk is responsible for locating and picking merchandise from picking documents and a voice pick system.

• Locate and pick merchandise from picking documents and stage, check, package, and consolidate it in both bulk and stockless departments.
• Assist in the stockless transfer process.
• Grow knowledge of customer needs for custom palletization and labeling, adhering to all customer requests according to established policies.
• Report inventory discrepancies and shortages to the supervisor, researching as needed to locate short product and maintain a high fill rate.
• Complete all paperwork in an orderly fashion in accordance with established procedures.
• Stage picked merchandise in the proper area, adjusting as space needs require, and report any areas of concern to the supervisor proactively.
• Perform duties in both bulk and stockless departments, including assisting with stockless transfers, daily order picking, checking, and loading as needed.
• Work proactively to foster and maintain a positive team‑oriented atmosphere at all times.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment: clean and straighten while performing general duties, complete general custodial assignments (including trash detail) when needed, follow the established cleaning schedule, and report damages or disorderly areas to the supervisor.
• Operate all warehouse equipment efficiently and safely to avoid injury to personnel and equipment; report any mechanical issues to the supervisor upon discovery and maintain equipment as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Excellent attendance history.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to perform all physical motions typical of an order picker, including bending, reaching, stretching, walking, pushing carts, standing or walking for long periods during the shift (often over 8hrs/shift), and lifting as much as 60 lbs. (or more) or pushing/pulling carts weighing 100 lbs. or more repeatedly throughout the shift. Reasonable accommodation is considered.
• Ability to handle stress in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
