Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Value Added Operator 1st Shift Arden, NC to join their dynamic team. Job Title: Warehouse Logistics Associateor Value Added Operator

Pay Range: $17.83/hr

Shift: First Shift - Mon to Fri 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (OT - 6:30 am - 4:00 pm)

• Perform small assemblies, relabeling, and inventory movements to support warehouse operations
• Record productivity data accurately and report to management daily
• Prepare and organize daily work assignments as directed by the Group Lead
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment following safety and housekeeping standards
• Operate warehouse equipment such as order pickers and reach trucks as needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Knowledge of SAP/R3 systems is a plus
• Experience with order pickers and reach trucks is advantageous
• Computer literate with the ability to understand simple instructions in English
