Warehouse Associate – Ship​/Rec

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Shipping & Receiving team. This position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare and package outgoing orders according to customer and company requirements.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Organize and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is completed accurately.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safety-compliant.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
