Role:
2027 Co-op in Precision Medicine Operations supporting clinical laboratory workflows ectives include identifying automation opportunities, developing proof-of-concept solutions, and supporting treatment-response research through data analysis.
Responsibilities:survey workflows, build dashboards and data integrations, write code in Python/R, apply large language models (LLMs), and collaborate with Data Management and IT teams.
Requirements:enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Bioinformatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields; 40 hours/week commitment; GPA 3.0+ preferred; demonstrated leadership.
High Value:clinical laboratory operations, automation, data pipelines, biomarker analysis, and large language models; on-site in Armonk, NY, full-time from May/June-December, with potential for remote or hybrid work arrangements.
