- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan targeting new multifamily and mixed‑use opportunities across NC and SC.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, architects, and other key decision‑makers.
- Manage the entire business development lifecycle, from lead generation and client pursuit through proposal coordination and contract negotiation.
- Partner closely with preconstruction and operations teams to ensure project pursuits are financially sound and executable.
- Track and forecast regional pipelines, market trends, and client activity.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade associations, and community functions to strengthen brand presence.
- Achieve annual new award targets that drive 20 percent+ YoY revenue growth.
