. The Inventory Analyst ensures optimal inventory health at the North Charleston site through continuous monitoring and analysis.

• Monitor and analyze inventory across all categories (raw materials, components, finished goods).
• Identify and report risks such as aging inventory, short shelf life, excess or obsolete stock.
• Highlight deviations from inventory targets and raise as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and variances.
• Ensure process adherence and compliance in inventory transactions at 3PL and North Charleston site.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve inventory issues and optimize processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in partnership with global supply chain intelligence.
• Provide proactive insights and recommendations to improve inventory health and turnover.
• Maintain data integrity in SAP/EWM, Master data, and other inventory management systems.
• Communicate supply constraints and inventory risks promptly to stakeholders.
• Support audit readiness and transaction quality by measuring process compliance and addressing discrepancies.

• 3+ years of experience in inventory analysis or supply chain analytics.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail.

• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI).

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to investigate differences in the manufacturing environment but also offsite at a 3PL.
