• Maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child‑development topics.

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Passion for working with children, dependable, energetic, and enthusiastic.
