Position: Customer Service & Scheduling Specialist — Health Benefits & PTO
A leading home services company located in North Charleston seeks a Customer Service Representative. This role requires answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service. Preferred qualifications include customer service experience and strong communication skills. The position offers hourly compensation of $18–$20 plus bonuses, health insurance, and paid time off. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM, with rotating Saturdays.
