Base pay range$35.00/hr - $44.00/hr

Responsibilities:
- Perform final component installation, inspections, and operational functional validation testing for aircraft readiness.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections and support rework, modifications, troubleshooting, and system checks.
- Inspect pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and avionics systems to diagnose and document mechanical or electrical/electronic issues.
- Validate and verify the accuracy of completed work in accordance with flight test and delivery standards.
- Assist with sub-system and system-level inspections, maintenance, and customer delivery readiness.
- Plan, schedule, and manage assigned activities with guidance from lead technicians; work is reviewed for compliance with objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational training or associate degree preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, or aerospace industry experience; or equivalent education and experience.
- 1+ years of avionics or electrical system experience.
- Must be willing and able to work any shift, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Must meet eligibility to obtain FAA Repairman’s Certificate, if not currently licensed.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on the 787 program.
- Prior work in airline, MRO, or overhaul environments.
- Experience with operating systems and computing tools for maintenance documentation.
- Previous team leadership or mentoring experience in a production or flight line setting.
