2) located in North Charleston, South Carolina.

• Compile data from multiple sources and develop overhead pool performance reports.
• Extract data and compile routine performance reports and assist with preparing variance analyses.
• Initiate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to management.
• Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience.
• Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost measurement baselines, and variance analyses and communicate cost trends.
• Facilitate/lead Overhead pool performance reviews with site Exec Functional leadership including Program Support/Finance, Engineering, and Operations.
• Engage in cost analysis and optimization efforts.
• Support various other special projects.

This position is hybrid; onsite work may be required at one of the listed location options at the hiring team’s discretion and could change in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related role.

• Master’s Degree.
• 1+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities.
• 1+ years of experience managing financial results of a program, including profit and loss analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain “why.”
• Adaptability to rapid changing environments and ability to meet deliverables.
• Experienced change agent; ability to communicate and drive change with multiple stakeholders.

Pay range: $73,950–$100,050. Applications for this position will be accepted until Jan. 14, 2026
