We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join the Financial Analysis Team as an Associate Financial Analyst (Level
2) located in North Charleston, South Carolina.

- Compile data from multiple sources and develop overhead pool performance reports.
- Extract data and compile routine performance reports and assist with preparing variance analyses.
- Initiate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to management.
- Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience.
- Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost measurement baselines, and variance analyses and communicate cost trends.
- Facilitate/lead Overhead pool performance reviews with site Exec Functional leadership including Program Support/Finance, Engineering, and Operations.
- Engage in cost analysis and optimization efforts.
- Support various other special projects.

This position is hybrid; onsite work may be required at one of the listed location options at the hiring team’s discretion and could change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required)- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related role.
- Master’s Degree.
- 1+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities.
- 1+ years of experience managing financial results of a program, including profit and loss analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain “why.”
- Adaptability to rapid changing environments and ability to meet deliverables.
- Experienced change agent; ability to communicate and drive change with multiple stakeholders.
Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict‑of‑Interest (COI) assessment process.

Pay and BenefitsPay range: $73,950–$100,050. Applications for this position will be accepted until Jan. 14, 2026
