BCBA Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill‑based evaluations (e.g., ABLLS‑R, VB‑MAPP, AFLS) to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervise and provide ongoing coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs), ensuring high‑quality ABA service delivery.
  • Monitor progress through data analysis and modify programs as needed to ensure meaningful skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
  • Deliver parent and caregiver training to help families apply ABA strategies at home, promoting consistency and success.
  • Provide culturally sensitive, family‑centered care that honors each client’s background and preferences.
  • Maintain client safety and adhere to all ethical and clinical guidelines.
  • Respond appropriately and professionally to behavioral or emergency situations using established safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB in the state of South Carolina
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism or related developmental differences
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Must reside in South Carolina
Compensation

$80,000.00 - $ per year
