- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill‑based evaluations (e.g., ABLLS‑R, VB‑MAPP, AFLS) to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and provide ongoing coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs), ensuring high‑quality ABA service delivery.
- Monitor progress through data analysis and modify programs as needed to ensure meaningful skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to help families apply ABA strategies at home, promoting consistency and success.
- Provide culturally sensitive, family‑centered care that honors each client’s background and preferences.
- Maintain client safety and adhere to all ethical and clinical guidelines.
- Respond appropriately and professionally to behavioral or emergency situations using established safety protocols.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification through the BACB in the state of South Carolina
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism or related developmental differences
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Must reside in South Carolina
$80,000.00 - $ per year
