Phlebotomist Float – Labcorp

We are seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. Opportunities for continuous growth are provided within the organization.

Monday – Friday 5:30 am – 7:00 pm (hours vary by location)

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited training program; prior phlebotomy experience required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test

Quarterly incentive bonus program; PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan based on performance metrics.

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan. Casual, PRN & part‑time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan only.

Employees on a 7‑on/7‑off schedule receive all benefits except PTO or FTO.
