• Serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy.
• Conducts psychological assessments.
• Develops and implements treatment plans.

• Education: Master's Degree in a behavioral science or mental health related field required.
• Experience: Clinical and administrative experience in an inpatient and outpatient mental health setting preferred. Possess general knowledge of all areas of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment.

• Licensure/Certification: CPR and CPI certification training provided upon hire.
• Other: Ability to relate well with treatment professionals; ability to mobilize and coordinate staff resources; skills in dealing courteously with the public and individuals within the organization and counseling centers; organizational skills; ability to keep information highly confidential; ability to meet deadlines; basic data entry skills preferred; time management skills.
• HIPAA: Has access to and adds information to the Medical Record. May only access medical record of assigned patients.
