Responsibilities
- Manage the employee file project which will include:
- Gathering all required documents for each employee file.
- Ensuring no documents are missing; if so, taking proper action.
- Converting all employee paper documents into electronic files.
- Scanning all documents within the employee files and organizing them in the electronic software.
- Working closely with the HR manager to ensure all files are in the proper order.
- Review and correct all data to ensure accuracy.
- If information is incorrect, work with the HR Manager to correct it.
- Filing and scanning support for HR department.
- Provide ad hoc support to HR and other departments when required.
- Additional responsibilities as requested.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.
- 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Experience in Human Resources is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing using informal and formal communication.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
- Problem solving skills with an ability to determine innovative solutions.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet multiple monthly timelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $18-20/hr., though a candidate’s salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
