Position: Systems Analyst / Software Integrator with Security Clearance
Description
* focusing on integrating applications in windows and linux-based environment
* working with niwc stakeholders, development, and support teams to ensure the platforms are integrated, available, up-to-date, and providing support for comprehensive (both automated and manual) software testing, and supporting agile best practices
* provisioning windows and linux servers in both physical and virtual environments
* integrating a variety of commercial off-the-shelf (cots), government off-the-shelf (gots), and open source applications within windows and linux environments
* installing, executing and troubleshooting containerized applications
* troubleshooting quickly and efficiently in windows and linux-based environments
* researching and recommending innovative and, where possible, automated approaches for system administration and integration tasks #li-ll1 requirements
* must possess an active top secret/sci clearance
* minimum of five years of hardware/software integration experience in windows and linux environments
* experience with virtualization technologies, vmware vsphere or red hat kernel-based virtual machine (kvm)
* ability to automate tasks using scripting languages, such as python, powershell, and powercli
* up to 25% travel may be required
* must currently hold a dod 8570-compliant iat ii certification (sscp or security+ ce with appropriate ce/os certificate) or be able to obtain within six months desired skills
* experience with working in an agile methodology environment
* experience signals intelligence (sigint)
* experience with devops tools (gitlab, bitbucket, jenkins, docker, puppet, ansible, artifactory) or similar
* familiarization with security technical implementation guide (stigs/cs2) requirements
* experience with software containerization (lxc, docker, kubernetes, ets.)
* experience with ansible or puppet is a plus clearance information src is a contractor for the u.s. Government, this position will require u.s. Citizenship as well as, a u.s. Government security clearance at the top secret / sci level travel requirements
