Our client in North Charleston, SC is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team on a long-term contract with the potential to convert to a permanent role. This is a 3rd Shift position (Tuesday-Saturday, 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM; 1-hour lunch) -perfect for night owls or those looking to break into enterprise-level IT support.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced, cutting-edge industry focused on advanced manufacturing and technology
, supporting critical systems that keep production moving. This is your chance to get hands‑on with enterprise hardware and software in an environment where precision and reliability matter.

• Provide break/fix support for computing hardware including Windows 10 desktops, laptops, monitors, and light cabling (Dell experience is a plus).
• Perform re‑imaging, software loading, and device deployment to keep systems running smoothly.
• Respond to support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and deploy hot‑swap devices as needed.
• Conduct proactive walks to identify and resolve trouble spots on the production floor.

• Certifications like A+, Net+, Sec+, MCP-or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• At least 6+ months of enterprise‑level work environment IT support experience

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $21.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
