• Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions that meet our business requirements, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the performance and availability of our cloud environment.
• Implementing and enforcing security best practices to protect our cloud resources and data, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Developing and implementing automation strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
• Working closely with cross‑functional teams to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on cloud solutions.
• Researching and evaluating new cloud technologies and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with cloud‑based technologies including AWS Gov Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud or similar cloud experience.
• Ability to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles (e.g., Cloud Formation, Terraform).
• Provision and configure EC2 instances, VPCs, subnets, security groups, load balancers, and other AWS resources.
• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of cloud resources.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies for critical data.
• Automate tasks and processes using scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, Power Shell) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Manage and optimize cloud costs.

• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified Developer.
• Developing the Dev Sec Ops  and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) architecture of small systems or subsystems of larger systems.
• Selecting tools, technologies, and methodologies that support automated build, deploy, operation, and monitoring of systems.
• Coordinating across cross‑functional teams to remove impediments to CI/CD in order to accelerate capability delivery and increase the quality and reliability of operational systems.
• Being ultimately responsible for the Dev Sec Ops  architecture of the sub‑system.

SRC is a contractor for the U.S. Government; this position requires U.S. citizenship and a U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level.
