As an IT Specialist at UECo, you keep the people who build our products working. You fix the problem in front of you, then dig until you find what caused it. You write down what you learned so the next person can solve it on their own. You can walk an engineer through a new laptop setup in the morning and help a craftsman on the production floor get back into their account after lunch.
You know when a problem needs to be escalated, and you hand it off with an actionable write-up. You treat your coworkers as internal clients and close what you start.
